If you used an Asure timeclock while working at a Packers Sanitation Service facility located in Illinois sometime between January 25, 2017, and September 17, 2026, then you may be entitled to settlement benefits. Excluded from the Settlement Class are: (a) all persons who timely and validly elect to exclude themselves from the Settlement Class; (b) all individuals who executed a release pursuant to BIPA; (c) all individuals who were members of a collective bargaining agreement; (d) the Court and staff to whom this case is assigned and any member of the Court’s or staff’s immediate family; and (e) any individual who has already released his or her claims previously asserted in any Related Actions that have been dismissed prior to this Agreement’s Effective Date.
If you are a Settlement Class Member and wish to receive a Settlement Benefit then you must submit a claim form by December 21, 2026.
Asure Software, Inc. has agreed to create a $644,105.00 Settlement Fund for the Class Members, which will be used to pay valid claims, settlement administration expenses, attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses, and a Class Representative Service Award.
If the Settlement is approved, each Settlement Class Member who submits a timely Claim Form that is deemed valid will be entitled to an equal payment from the Settlement Fund. The exact amount of each Class Member’s payment is unknown at this time and will depend on the total number of valid Claim Forms submitted. It is estimated that the net per- person payment will be approximately $950.00-$2,800.00.
Each Settlement Class Member is entitled to submit only one claim form regardless of the number of times they provide a finger or facial scan for timekeeping purposes. There can be only one claim for any given Settlement Class Member.

The deadline to submit a Claim Form online is December 21, 2026. If you are mailing your Claim Form, it must be mailed with a postmark date no later than December 21, 2026.
